Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

Free Shipping: Orders $80 and over qualify for our optional Free Shipping, which will be sent via UPS or USPS at the discretion of Union Street Garage, LLC; DBA: Union Garage. Free Shipping orders typically process within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. 

Freemium Shipping: Customers who select this option at checkout will receive "Free Shipping" with benefits. Namely: expedited rush processing. This means the order will be picked, packaged, and handed off to shipping carrier within a guaranteed 24 hours or receipt. If we do not make this cut-off, the Freemium fee will be refunded.

Note: Some carriers might not register the tracking number until after regular business hours, even if the package has been handed off earlier in the day.

*Not all PO Box orders qualify for "Free Shipping" — smaller items such as gloves will ship USPS First Class mail at the Free Shipping rate; but larger orders (eg: Boots or Helmets) might not qualify for free PO Box shipping, and a customer service representative be in touch regarding options. See "PO Boxes" section below for more.

Paid Shipping:
Customers also will have at the checkout page the chance to select the shipping method of their choice. We offer shipping daily paid services by UPS and USPS. Paid Shipping, or Freemium Shipping, will be given priority processing.

Shipping Turnaround
Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours from the time they were received.  Orders received after 10AM, or on weekends or holidays, are not guaranteed to ship same-day.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email, including carrier specific tracking information, will typically be sent within 24-72 hours of receiving an order. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not included in "Business days" shipping calculations. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up, will be subject to the various service fees billed to us by shipping providers. 

PO Boxes
We can ship to US PO boxes via USPS service only. For customers choosing the "free shipping" option, Union Garage reserves the right to add a USPS surcharge, or offer the option to re-order and select a residential or business address (non PO Box) in order to qualify for free shipping. 

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

International Orders
Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via the carrier selected at checkout. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process international orders. Customs declarations will be filled out to reflect the true value amount of the transaction. We cannot falsify customs forms, but if you’re looking to have merchandise shipped to you from a friend or family member as a gift, consider a US based contact—who we can ship to for free on qualifying orders.

Import duties are at the sole discretion of the countries that we ship to, and all duties are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pickup
Union Garage offers the option of in-store pickup. If you are purchasing from out of state, but picking up in-store, local taxes will be applied. Pick-up ours are limited to days that the store is open to the public. Please check our About Us page, or our Google Business Listing for the latest showroom hours, which fluctuate seasonally. 

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

Union Garage is not otherwise responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a lost or stolen package, we highly recommend filing a police report immediately, as this will help elevate your claim with the carrier (we typically use UPS or USPS) or with your homeowners or renters insurance policy.

Special Handling

If you would like to purchase insurance or request that a signature requirement be added to your order, contact us before you place your order, or immediately thereafter with an order number.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Union Garage Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Union Garage will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused, regular-priced merchandise with all original tags and packaging. 

Note: Items marked as "Closeout," or sold on sale for 30%-plus off the original original price, are not eligible for returns under the standard returns policy.

To complete your return, complete a return request form to receive an at-cost return shipping label, or send the item back on your own, to arrive at the store no later than 30 days after the original purchase date.

The cost of the label will be communicated at the time we send it, and if you opt to use it, the return label will be deducted from your return amount.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order for a different size, color, or altogether different product, we highly recommend placing a separate order, and then processing your return for the first order as a separate transaction. This will give you the best shot at securing the size you're after while it's in stock.
